Purelabel ("Uygulama", "Biz", "Bizi" veya "Bizim") olarak gizliliğinize büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, mobil uygulamamızı kullandığınızda bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar. Uygulamamızı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Topladığımız ve İşlediğimiz Veriler
Uygulama, temel işlevlerini yerine getirmek için belirli verilere ihtiyaç duyar, ancak felsefemiz gereği minimum veri işleme prensibiyle çalışırız:

Kamera ve Fotoğraf Galerisi: Uygulama, gıda etiketlerini taramak için kameranıza veya fotoğraf galerinize erişim izni ister. Önemli Not: Çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar KESİNLİKLE sunucularımıza yüklenmez veya kaydedilmez. Görsel işleme ve metin tanıma (OCR) işlemleri tamamen cihazınızda (yerel olarak) Google ML Kit teknolojisi kullanılarak yapılır. Görseller cihazınızın yerel depolamasında, yalnızca sizin görebileceğiniz geçmiş analizler klasöründe tutulur.

Etiket Metinleri (OCR Verisi): Cihazınızda fotoğraftan ayrıştırılan içerik metinleri, analiz edilmek ve sağlık skorlaması yapılmak üzere anonim bir şekilde bulut tabanlı yapay zeka servislerimize (Google Gemini, OpenAI veya özel sunucularımız) gönderilir. Bu metinler hiçbir kişisel bilginizle eşleştirilmez.

Cihaz ve Kullanım Verileri: Ücretsiz sürümü desteklemek ve uygulama performansını artırmak amacıyla cihazınızın işletim sistemi sürümü, cihaz modeli ve genel uygulama kullanım istatistikleri toplanabilir.

2. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulamamız, daha iyi bir deneyim sunmak için bazı güvenilir üçüncü taraf servisleri kullanır:

Google AdMob: Ücretsiz sürümde reklam göstermek için kullanılır. AdMob, size uygun reklamlar sunmak amacıyla cihaz reklam kimliğinizi (IDFA/AAID) ve çerezleri kullanabilir.

RevenueCat: Premium abonelik yönetimini sağlamak için kullanılır. Satın alma işlemleri doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden gerçekleşir. Biz hiçbir şekilde kredi kartı veya finansal bilgilerinize erişemeyiz. RevenueCat yalnızca abonelik durumunuzu (aktif/pasif) doğrulamak için anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği işler.

Yapay Zeka API'leri (Google Gemini / OpenAI): Etiket metinlerini analiz etmek için kullanılır. Gönderilen veriler tamamen anonim metinlerden ibarettir.

3. Verilerin Saklanması ve Silinmesi
Uygulama üzerinden yaptığınız tüm geçmiş analiz raporları, cihazınızın yerel hafızasında (SharedPreferences ve yerel dosya sistemi) saklanır. Bizim veritabanlarımızda size ait bir analiz geçmişi tutulmaz. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan sildiğinizde, tüm geçmiş analiz verileriniz ve kayıtlı görselleriniz de cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak silinir.

4. Veri Güvenliği
Analiz için sunuculara iletilen metin verileri endüstri standardı şifreleme (HTTPS/TLS) protokolleri kullanılarak güvenli bir şekilde aktarılır. Uygulamamız herhangi bir hesap oluşturma veya giriş yapma zorunluluğu gerektirmediğinden, isim, e-posta, telefon numarası gibi kişisel kimlik tanımlayıcı bilgilerinizi (PII) doğrudan toplamayız.

5. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olması durumunda, uygulama içi bildirimler aracılığıyla sizi bilgilendireceğiz.

Purelabel ("App", "We", "Us", or "Our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect and Process
The App requires certain permissions and data to provide its core functionality, but we operate on a strict data minimization principle:

Camera and Photo Library: The App requests access to your camera and photo library to scan food labels. Crucial Note: The photos you take or select are NEVER uploaded to or stored on our servers. Image processing and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) are performed entirely on your device locally using Google ML Kit. The images are saved solely in your device's local storage for your personal history log.

Label Text (OCR Data): The raw text extracted from the food labels on your device is sent anonymously to our cloud-based AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or our custom backend) to generate the health analysis and scoring. This text is strictly product-related and is not linked to any personal identity.

Device and Usage Data: To support the free version of the App and improve performance, we may collect anonymous data such as device OS version, device model, and general app usage statistics.

2. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to ensure the App functions smoothly:

Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) and use cookies to serve personalized ads.

RevenueCat: Used to manage Premium subscriptions. All actual payment processing is handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card or financial details. RevenueCat only processes an anonymous App User ID to verify your subscription status.

AI APIs (Google Gemini / OpenAI): Used for analyzing the text extracted from product labels. The data sent to these providers consists solely of anonymous text strings.

3. Data Storage and Deletion
All of your past analysis history and scanned images are stored locally on your device's storage (SharedPreferences and local file system). We do not maintain a cloud database of your personal scan history. If you delete the App from your device, all your history and saved images will be permanently deleted as well.

4. Data Security
When the extracted text is sent to our servers or AI providers for analysis, it is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Since the App does not require you to create an account or log in, we do not directly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or via an in-app notice.
